Cat in the HatIt's carnival time again and this year we are entering into Ryde children's, main and illuminated carnivals as 'Cat in the Hat'. We have been making preparations all week in anticipation of the children's carnival on Friday 19th August.
Every year we select a cat theme from literature or television. In previous years we have entered as The Pink Panther, Big Cat Diary and Tigger to name a few. This year will be our own interpretation of the Dr. Seuss classic. Construction has been completed on our 4ft tall cat, complete with hat!
Look out for us at Ryde's carnivals this year.
Ryde Children's Carnival - Friday 19th August, 2.45pm.
Ryde Main Carnival - Saturday 20th August, 6.30pm.
Ryde Illuminated Carnival - Saturday 3rd September, 8.30pm.
